The Behavioral Health Division provides community based case management for the seriously mentally ill, access to recovery for individuals struggling with substance abuse, and money management services to consumers receiving government entitlements.
With a 20-year history of saving lives, the behavioral health division works with people who struggle with addiction, mental illness, suicidal tendencies, and more.
Our services include:
Community Based Case Management (CBCM)
Provides community based case management to persons diagnosed with serious mental illness. Services provided by the team include treatment planning and referrals, medication monitoring, and skill building. For more information about CBCM, please call 943-8777.
Community Based Care Coordination (CBCC)
Provides integrated case management services for those individuals with Med-Quest health insurance (i.e. Aloha Care and Kaiser Permanente). Our program strives to ensure all individuals receive both mental health and primary care services. In collaboration with the individuals' Med-Quest provider individualized services are coordinated and accessed. The goal of care coordination is to support individuals in reclaiming and transforming their lives through the identification of resources, which will help them live and thrive in the community. Specialized Residential Services Program (SRSP) - Day Treatment & Aftercare
Provides both dual capable and dual enhanced integrated treatment approaches that address psychiatric and substance use disorders. Evidence-based practices, such as illness management & recovery, seeking safety, life skills, social skills, wellness, and relapse prevention, are emphasized and focus on resource and skills acquisition. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Provides an integrated treatment approach that addresses both psychiatric and substance use / abuse to ensure individualized treatment needs are met. Treatment interventions include individual, family, group therapy, and medication management. Programs offered incorporate life and social skills, relapse prevention, seeking safety, and illness management recovery. For more information, please call 440-3825.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
Utilizes rehabilitated and restorative intervention to help consumers with severe and persistent mentall illness to move toward independence through the teaching of life skills and social skills. Educational classes and social activities incorporate principles of self-esteem, assertiveness, and problem solving as well as providing information related to mental illness, chemical dependency, and medication management. Access to Recovery
Provides a range of supportive services, such as Intensive Outpatient Treatment or recovery mentoring, for individuals in recovery for substance use. Services are client-centered, and all services are directed by client choice. For more information, please call 440-3825.
Representative Payee Services
Provides money management services to persons with serious mental illness. Representative payees provide assistance with the SSI/SSDI application process, budgeting and money management education, and assistance in money management. For information on Representative Payee services, phone 440-3875.
