Behavioral Health

About Us
 

The behavioral health division provides assertive case management, intensive case management, and money management services to persons recovering from serious mental illness.

With a 20-year history of saving lives, the behavioral health division works with people who struggle with addiction, mental illness, suicidal tendencies, and more. Our services include:

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Provides assertive case management services to persons diagnosed with serious mental illness. Services include treatment planning and referrals, medication monitoring, intensive counseling, skill building, and group counseling. Intensive Case Management (ICM)
Provides intensive case management to persons diagnosed with serious mental illness. Services provided by the team include treatment planning and referrals, medication monitoring, and skill building. Phone 841-0968 for additional information on ICM program services.

Representative Payee Services
Provides money management services to persons with serious mental illness. Representative payees provide assistance with the SSI/SSDI application process, budgeting and money management education, and assistance in money management. For information on Representative Payee services, phone 440-3846.

CCS Medication Clinic
In collaboration with Community Care Services, HHH offers a clinic for psychological evaluation and medication monitoring. All clients are CCS referred. Phone 845-2018 ext. 29 for more information.

Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment
Provides individual, group, and family counseling and psychoeducation to persons with substance abuse issues. Consumers are referred through the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division of the State of Hawaii For more information on the program, phone 440-3861.

The ACT, ICM, and Representative Payee programs are funded by the Department of Health of the State of Hawaii. To be referred to these programs, contact the Access Line at 832-3100.
