Jane Maxwell, RN Deputy Program Director Jane Maxwell, RN, holds a B.S.N. degree from Vanderbilt University and has been practicing mental health nursing for 26 years. She has experience with the former Helping Hands Hawaii Suicide and Crisis Hotline as well as the outreach and shelter services for the severely mentally ill. She has additionally been involved with the Survivors of Suicide group in Honolulu for close friends and family members of those who have died by suicide. Currently she serves as the Deputy Program Director of the Behavioral Health Services and is involved in program development, quality assurance activities and nursing supervision.
