Jessica Daniels
Program Manager Bilingual Access Line (BAL) Jessica Daniels joined Helping Hands Hawaii in 1999. She started working in the Behavioral Health Division as a Representative Payee and Administrative Assistant to the Forensic Rehabilitation Step-Down and six months later, to the Diversion and Forensic Department. In 2002, she took the opportunity and challenge to work in the Human Services Division of Helping Hands Hawaii. As a Program Assistant to the Community Clearinghouse and Bilingual Access Line, she worked with different individuals and partnering agencies in providing assistance with Good Neighbor Fund and Adopt-A-Family. In late 2003, she became the Program Manager of Bilingual Access Line, a program which provides interpretative and translation services to individuals and agencies 24 hours, 7 days a week. In this role, she oversees the development functions of the program and standards of practice of the interpreters.
