Jessica Daniels
Program Manager, Bilingual Access Line (BAL)
Jessica Daniels joined Helping Hands Hawaii in 1999. She worked in the Behavioral Health Division as a Representative Payee and Administrative Assistant to the Forensic Rehabilitation Step-Down, Diversion and Forensic Department.
In 2002, she transferred to the Human Services Division of Helping Hands Hawaii. As a Program Assistant to the Community Clearinghouse and Bilingual Access Line, she worked with different individuals and partnering agencies in providing assistance with Good Neighbor Fund and Adopt-A-Family.
She's currently the Program Manager of Bilingual Access Line, a program which provides interpretative and translation services to individuals and agencies 24 hours, 7 days a week and also serves as the agency's HIPAA Security Officer.
