Clinical Director, Behavioral Health
Stacy Kracher, MSN, CNS, APRN is the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health and Addiction Services with Helping Hands Hawaii. Stacy has the professional responsiblity to oversee and provide direct administration for the following programs - Community Based Case Management Services, Representative Payee Services, Access to Recovery, and the Community Partner with Mental Health Kokua's Safe Haven Project.
Stacy has a well-established reputation and is highly regarded within the Behavioral Health field for her leadership, comprehensive knowledge base, and accomplishments in providing compassionate, quality health care for consumers with severe and persistent mental illness or substance abuse needs.
Stacy earned her Masters Degree and Advance Practice Registered Nursing degree at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She also holds membership with Sigma Theta Tau, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and International Association of Forensic Nurses
Stacy is currently a volunteer with the Honolulu Police Department and provides mental health assessments in the Central Receiving Division (Cell Block) in collaboration with the Adult Mental Heatlh Division.
