As a Human Resources Coordinator, Cayla maintains a fair and timely recruitment process, develops policies and hiring strategies, and works closely with management to recruit and fill job vacancies. She maintains annual job descriptions, licensure requirements, and employee evaluations. Cayla cultivates cooperative and collaborative partnerships with community organizations and raining leadership on recruitment procedures.

 

Cayla is a graduate of Kapolei High School. She’s also a team mom, accountant,  and fundraising ticket designer for her kids’ flag football teams.  

 

Fun Fact: When she was younger, Cayla dreamed of becoming an architect because she was very fascinated with the art and technique of building designs.
