Community Clearinghouse
Provides household necessities, empowerment training, financial assistance, school supplies, and holiday support.
Representative Payee
Helps individuals experiencing long-term illness or other impairment to manage their Social Security benefits.
SNAP Outreach Program
Assists individuals with accessing SNAP benefits to ensure nutritional assistance is available to those who need it.
